Pastor of Worship & Communications

I’ve been attending New Minas Baptist Church most of my life and over the years have been actively involved in various ministries. I have the great privilege of serving as the Pastor of Worship & Communication. I am married to Sharon and we are the parents of 3 daughters and proud grandparents to 7 amazing grandchildren!

My passion is to lead others in worship, encourage new emerging leaders, and to communicate the message of hope we have in Jesus. My pastimes include drinking great coffee, enjoying my family, reading mystery novels, and playing music with my friends. My favourite quote is from NT Wright: “Wherever St. Paul went, there was a riot. Wherever I go, they serve tea.”
