We are challenging our New Minas Baptist family to read the bible more in 2024 - personally, and in community. The Bible is a tremendous gift that God has given us. Let’s read through God’s Word together!
One Story that Leads to Jesus
If you’re looking for a plan that will take you through the entire Bible in one year, a plan we recommend is from the BibleProject called One Story that Leads to Jesus. You will read a few chapters of a book of the Bible plus a Psalm each day. There are a several ways that you can follow along as we read the Bible together: You can read in using the YouVersion app or at Bible.com or you can download a PDF of the Bible Project plan.

Navigators 5x5x5 Bible Reading Plan New Testament Reading Plan. Read through the New Testament in 5 days a week, 5 minutes a day. If you’re not currently reading the Bible, start with 5 minutes a day. This reading plan will take you through all 260 chapters of the New Testament, one chapter per day. Learn more here. The Gospel Coalition partnered wth Crossway to launch an initiative for 2020 called Read the Bible. This plan will have you reading the Bible following Robert Murray M’Cheyne’s plan, which will take you through the entire Bible in a year (including the New Testament and Psalms twice). The Gospel Coalition Two Year Bible Reading Plan. The following Bible reading plan is designed to take you through the Old and New Testaments in two years, and through the Psalms and Proverbs four times during that period. Learn more here. Download the plan in PDF.

YouVersion Bible App is the most popular Bible app in the world and has many Bible reading plans to choose from. The YouVersion Bible App provides audio versions of a number of English Bible translations.
The Bible App for Kids. Everything kids need to fall in love with God's Word. In our preschool program on Sundays [Sprouts] we follow a modified version of the Bible App for Kids curriculum using the app and print Bible. Learn more here.
