Discipleship in Small Groups
What Is A Small Group?
A Small Group is a gathering of people who meet regularly to encourage and support one another in their spiritual journey.
When & Where Do Groups Meet?
Small Groups meet at various times during the week, online and in person, throughout our communities.
Why Should I Join A Small Group?
We’re interested in growing together and that's why we emphasize Small Groups! By getting "smaller" (meeting regularly to connect in caring, safe and authentic environments), the groundwork is laid for multi-layered growth to occur. Ephesians 4:16 says, "From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."
What About Childcare?
We leave it up to each family to work out their own childcare. Sometimes it works best for families to share a sitter or to swap childcare with another family whose group meets on a different evening or time. Online group meetings allow families to meet without the worry of childcare.
What Will We Study?
Most Small Groups study curriculum related to each group’s interests. From time to time, we join our Small Groups in church-wide series.
