Tidal Impact - Day Seven

On Friday we had a fantastic day. We finished up our morning ministries, serving at Harvest House, and Vacation Bible Camp. We also had some team members visiting at Golden Years, a seniors residence. While there one of the activities they did with the seniors was Wii Bowling! Our fourth team cleaned up our host church after our long week and then bought popsicles and water bottles and handed them out for free at both Centennial Park and on Main Street at a street festival. 

In the afternoon on Friday we went to the beach! Parley Beach is about 30 minutes away from where we were staying and is beautiful!

Finally, we finished Tidal Impact back at Moncton Wesleyan with one more worship service. During the service our speaker's friend Kevin shared his story of God healing him from cancer- incredible story! Our speaker, Ben spoke from the story of the prodigal son but emphasized both sons in Jesus' parable. His message was fantastic and moving. 

After the worship service we loaded our team back in my van and headed home to New Minas. I thought earlier in the week that I'd have a long quiet drive. However there was crying, laughing, talking, and sharing memories the whole way. God is good!
