Today we are launching something new and exciting! Rather than seeing the covid-19 virus and all the cancellations as only a negative thing, we are using this season to create something new. I am very excited about this, and where God will take us!
Four Book of John & Videos!
Solid Rock Youth is headed on an online journey through all 4 books which have the name John in the Bible! [Not only because its a great name!] Every day starting today you'll see a blog post that will tell you what chapter we are reading [one chapter of the Bible a day], plus a video! Each new video will be from one of our leaders, or one or more of our high school youth, and even some special guests! These videos will help us all learn from God's Word together. There are over 25 different people who have signed up to make videos!
For our online Bible reading journey we are following a reading plan from The Bible Project which you can find in the Bible App. Basically it's a chapter a day. In the Bible App it's possible to do a reading plan as a group - so... we made a group! Link is below.
Every day after you read and watch the video, we want you to talk about it! You can do that in the Bible App or in our Facebook Group for Solid Rock Youth, or in Instagram. Links are all below.
One more thing - even though we can't meet in person, we can meet online. I am working on the possibility of us meeting using Google Hangouts starting next week!
