Orchard Resources - Sunday April 5, 2020

  • Crossroads Kids Club:

  • Activity: You can adapt this for your family. If we had all been together in the Orchard, all children would have been given red sheets of paper to write their names on. They will be allowed to nail their sin to the cross [with leaders help]. We will then set the cross upright. We will pray and thank God for sending Jesus to die in our place, carrying our sin to the cross and paying for it.

  • One Big Story - Memory Challenge - April - “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” - [Romans 10:9]

Easter Resources for Parents

  • As we move closer to Easter in the Orchard, if we were meeting in person, we would explain the journey of Jesus to the cross and the response of his followers step by step, very slowly, so that kids understand the importance of each thing that happened. NMBC Kids: Online Party! - Every Thursday night we are online for an NMBC Kids Online Party from 630-730pm! All kids in grades P-5 in the Orchard and the Grove are invited! We'll be meeting online using zoom and playing a game, having Bible study and praying in small groups! Parents, watch your email for the zoom link and password so you can connect with us.
