NEW SERIES on The Life of Joseph begins NEXT Sunday, January 12th. In spite of our seemingly capricious circumstances, God is ever at work for our benefit and his glory. This is clear from the life of Joseph, where God's providential power of mercy, forgiveness, and restoration shines forth. Through this four week sermon series you will have the opportunity to connect with a small group to discuss study questions and go deeper together in God’s Word. SUNDAY MORNINGS for KIDS! We are excited to offer engaging ministries for kids every Sunday morning! Our NURSERY [age 0-2] is available and staffed with volunteers during our 9:15am morning worship service and is open for parents and babies during our 11:00am service. Our SPROUTS [age 2-5] and THE ORCHARD [grades P-5] programs are available during both of our morning services... all children ages 2 - grade 5 begin in the main worship service with their families during the 9:15am service and are dismissed from the service to NMBC Kids where they are registered in the cafe.

PRECEPT BIBLE STUDY WORKSHOPS, Saturday, Jan 25. Two great workshops offered by Precept Ministries Canada, led by Mark Sheldrake (National Director).  Register for one or both and take your Bible studies deeper.  We never want cost to be a factor, so if you wish to be sponsored please speak with Pastor Al, and likewise, if you would like to provide sponsorships let us know.  If you have any questions about the workshops, please contact Jacinthe Maskens (ajmaskens@gmail.com).

THE GROVE is our Wednesday night ministry for kids in grades 1-5. Thanks to our GROVE kids & leaders for a fantastic fall! The Grove is finished for 2024, our first night in 2025 will be January 8.  The GROVE is every Wednesday night from 630 to 800pm for kids in grades 1 through 5! Questions?   • On SUNDAYS join us for Youth Bible Study groups during our 11:00am service! The Middle School group meets in the Conference Room. The High School / Early Young Adult Bible Study group meets on the top level of the external building.

  • On WEDNESDAYS we have prayer, sports, board games, worship, speaking, small groups, and lots of fun every week! Join us from 630-830pm.

HARVEST CHRISTIAN ACADEMY is a school where students are immersed in a positive Christian environment through loving role models, biblical values, academic excellence, and opportunities to explore a relationship with Jesus.

Full time students attend Monday to Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. Afternoon activities are offered to homeschool families 12:00pm-3:00pm. FUNDY FOOD BANK - Thank you for your continued partnership with the food bank as they serve over 100 families each week! Items needed on a regular basis include: egg cartons, pasta, pasta sauce, canned meats, canned baked beans, canned fruit, apple juice, sugar, cereal, canned vegetables and school lunch items. Please also consider a monetary donation to assist this vital area ministry. Your food and monetary donations can be dropped off at our church office, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 12:00pm, or at the Connections Centre in the lobby on Sunday mornings. THE NEW MINAS SUNRISE ROTARY CLUB "Little Pantries Project" is located in our NMBC front garden. Please consider dropping off dry good food staples and placing them in the box. PLEASE do not place perishable and/or liquid items in the pantry during the colder months. Folks in our neighbourhood who are in need appreciate your generosity. Thanks for your support! It really is the little things that we all do that make our community stronger.
