“I recall your sincere faith that first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and now, I am convinced, is in you also. Therefore, I remind you to rekindle the gift of God that is in you....” 2 Timothy 1:5-6

JOIN us this SUNDAY morning onsite at 9:15 & 11:00 and online at 11:00 as Pastor Daniel shares a message entitled, “Gospel Empowered Mothering."

UPCOMING SERMON-BASED SMALL GROUP STUDY SERIES from the Book of Ecclesiastes starting NEXT SundayMay 18. Many pursue, and achieve, success, relationships, comfort, and yet, they feel deeply empty. The Book of Ecclesiastes speaks into this with a brutally honest voice of someone who had it all and still found life lacking. It’s a book for those who are courageous enough to ask the hard questions: Why does life feel so short, so repetitive, and so unfair? What’s the purpose of it all? Ecclesiastes explores what life looks like when we try to find meaning “under the sun” - that is, apart from God. But here's the thing: even though Ecclesiastes begins with “Vanity of vanities! All is vanity”, it's not a hopeless book. It’s an invitation to stop chasing the wind and start asking where true meaning is found - not in our achievements, possessions, or even pleasures, but in a life anchored in God and the lasting joy he provides in Christ Jesus. If you are not already in a small group consider joining one for this 4 part study.  Contact Pastor Al about getting connected to a small group.

BABY BOTTLE CAMPAIGN - The Valley Care Pregnancy Centre offers ongoing support, counselling, material aid, love, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone who needs help. It is the goal of this mission to save lives, see hearts turn to faith in Jesus and be connected to the local church. The Baby Bottle Campaign is one way we can all work together to pray, raise awareness in the community and supply practical support for these Moms, Dads and Babies in need. It’s really simple to participate. On Mother's Day (May 11th), just take a baby bottle home, pray for this mission and over the next few weeks put a donation of cash or cheque in the bottle and return it to church on Father's Day Sunday (June 15th). It’s a simple and effective way to make a powerful impact for the Gospel here in our own backyard.
