Warm-up. What’s your favourite Easter tradition?

Read John. 20:24-31 Ask God to bless your study.

1. In your view, is Thomas’s response to the news of Jesus’ resurrection unreasonable (20:24-25)? Why or why not?

2. As it turned out, did Thomas have to put his finger in Jesus’ wounds in order to believe (20:27-29)? Why is this important?

3. What did Thomas confess when he saw Jesus (20:28)? 4. What can we learn from Thomas’s experience (20:24-29)?

5. In what ways can doubt isolate you? How should we respond to someone wrestling with doubt (Jude 1:22; Romans 15:1-2)?

6. Thomas believed having seen the evidence. Share the evidences from scripture and history that most convince you that Jesus was really raised from the dead.

7. How does Christ’s resurrection impact believer’s today? (Colossians 3:1; Romans 6:4; Ephesians 2:5-6)
