Warm-up. Share a highlight from this summer. Pray God blesses your study time together.

Read Ecclesiastes 10:5-15. In what way is wisdom more powerful than strength? Share some examples of this.

How can just a little folly be so dangerous?

Share about a time in your life when you’ve experienced the danger of a dull (unclear) vision / plan?

What are some of the benefits and power of a sharp vision?

As a part of the church family at NMBC what dream / vision do you see / desire for our future ministry together?

What three words do you think best describe you? Share what you believe to be God’s unique vision / plan for your life?

Have volunteers share the reading of Psalm 139. What declarations does the Psalmist make (vv. 1-16) showing that God certainly has a vision and plan for each of our lives? What effect does this have on the Psalmist (vv. 17-24)? And on you?

Pray that through this series God will continue to shape and sharpen his vision for us so that we will be empowered and emboldened to live it out for his glory at such a time as this.
