Warm-up. What colour would best describe your week? Why? Read 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 2 Thessalonians 2:1-17. Ask God to bless your study.

  1. Take a few moments to review what you’ve learned so far in this series. Has it opened up your thinking in any way?

  2. Read Luke 17:26-30 and Matthew 24:42-44. How would the fact that Jesus is coming at any moment have changed the way you faced one situation today?

  3. What are your thoughts about the Tribulation? Is there anything good about knowing that in the Last Days things will get worse before they get better? Do you think Christians will go through the Tribulation? Why or why not?

  4. Regarding the Rapture, how can you practically obey v. 18 of 1 Thessalonians 4? Who would you like to clasp hands with on the way up to meet Jesus? What do you think your first thought will be when you realize what is happening?

  5. Read John 14:1-3. What does the fact that Jesus is preparing a place for his people, and is coming back for his people, communicate to you about his love for you?
