Warm-up. Share how you first heard the gospel of Christ. Read Ephesians 6:14-15 Pray God blesses your study.

  1. In your own words, explain why Paul tells us that we must have our feet prepared with the gospel of peace.

  2. In what ways have you been advancing God’s gospel of peace as a soldier in his army? How can you do this more?

  3. Nehemiah 8:10 tells us that “...the joy of the Lord is our strength.” Share how you have found this to be true.

  4. How prepared do you feel you are to battle spiritually? What will you do today to prepare yourself better so that you will be ready at a moment’s notice to engage others with the gospel?

  5. How important is living out Romans 12:18 in our gospel witness and why?

  6. Discuss Sam Chan’s suggestions for sharing your faith with others? Which was most helpful to you?

  7. Read Isaiah 40:31, 2 Corinthians 12:10 and Hebrews 11:33-34; 12:1-3 and discuss how God helps us to endure and even thrive in our call to faithfully proclaim the gospel.

Pray that God will help you to grasp these important truths so that you can victoriously live them out to the glory of God.
